ZhuQue

Terms of service

Effective 30 August 2026

These terms govern your use of ZhuQue, operated by Brandon Mu ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What ZhuQue does

ZhuQue reads expense transactions from QuickBooks Online companies you connect, flags likely duplicate payments, miscategorised expenses and missing receipts, and — only after you approve a specific change — writes that change back to QuickBooks and records it in an audit trail.

Nothing is written without your approval

This is a commitment, not a setting. ZhuQue does not make autonomous changes to any book. Every write is the direct result of you approving one identified proposal. If we ever wanted to change that, it would require your explicit opt-in, not a quiet update to these terms.

Your responsibilities

Accuracy, and its limits

The rules are conservative but not perfect. They can flag something that is legitimate, and they can miss something that is not. ZhuQue is a second pair of eyes on a book, never a substitute for professional judgement or for a real audit. We make no warranty that it will find every error.

Subscription and billing

Cancellation and termination

You can stop using ZhuQue at any time by cancelling and disconnecting your companies. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to terminate; except in cases of abuse we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.

Your data

Your data stays yours. The privacy policy describes what we store and for how long, and forms part of these terms. You can export your audit trail at any time and request deletion at any time.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. The service depends on Intuit, Google, Stripe and Cloudflare, and may be interrupted by their outages, by maintenance, or by changes to Intuit's API that are outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ZhuQue is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

Not affiliated with Intuit

ZhuQue is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks remains governed by your own agreement with Intuit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before taking effect, and continuing to use ZhuQue after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
