Nothing is written without your approval

ZhuQue never edits a book on its own. Every finding is a proposal you approve or reject, one at a time. Approvals are written back to QuickBooks and recorded in a permanent audit trail showing what changed, who approved it and when — exportable as CSV, and kept even if you cancel.

How it works

  1. Sign in with Google and connect a QuickBooks Online company.
  2. ZhuQue reads expense transactions and checks them nightly against the three rules.
  3. You review each flag and approve or reject it.
  4. Approved fixes are written back to QuickBooks and logged.

Pricing

$49 per month, unlimited connected companies. A 14-day free trial covering your first 100 transactions, no card required to start. Cancel any time — your audit trail stays readable afterwards.

ZhuQue reads only expense transactions and your chart of accounts, and writes only the changes you approve. It never sees your banking credentials or your card — payments are handled by Stripe. You can disconnect a company at any time, which revokes ZhuQue's access at Intuit and deletes the cached data. See the privacy policy for exactly what is stored.
