Three rules

What it catches

Deterministic checks against each client's own chart of accounts — not guesses, and the same input always produces the same finding.

Duplicate payments

The same payee and amount paid twice within a few days. The error that costs real money and is invisible in a long register. matched on normalised payee + amount + date window

Miscategorised expenses

Charges booked to an account that doesn't match the vendor, checked against a per-client mapping you control. Split expenses only move the line that was flagged. seeded vendor rules, editable per company

Missing receipts

Expenses over your threshold with no document attached — found before an auditor finds them. threshold set per client company

Nothing is written without your approval

ZhuQue never edits a book on its own. Every finding is a proposal you approve or reject, one at a time. Approvals are written back to QuickBooks and recorded permanently.

That stamp is what ZhuQue writes into the QuickBooks memo — so the reason a change was made is legible inside the client's own book, not only in ours. The full trail exports as CSV, filtered by company, rule, outcome or date, and stays readable even if you cancel.
